- Visited page on our website
- Message if the access was successful
- Transferred amount of data

The temporary storage of the data is required in order to enable the provision of the website. Further storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of information technology systems. These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing.

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. The log files are kept directly accessible for administrators for 24 hours. Thereafter, they are only indirectly available via the reconstruction of backup tapes and will be permanently deleted after four weeks.

Right to correction

If the information concerning you is no longer correct, you may request a correction in line with art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request a completion.

Right of erasure

You may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.

Right to limitation of processing

According to art. 18 GDPR you have the right to demand a limitation of the processing of your personal data.

Right of appeal to a independent supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to the GDPR, you have the right of appeal to a independent supervisory authority of your choice (art. 77 section 1 GDPR). Right to data transferability

In the event that the requirements of art. 20 section 1 GDPR apply, you have the right to have data that we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically handed over to you or to third parties. The collection of the data for the provision of the website and the storage of the log files are essential for the provision of the website. They are therefore not based on a consent under art. 6 section 1 lit. a of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to art. 6 section 1 lit. b of the GDPR but are in line with art. 6 section 1 lit. f GDPR and therefore justified. The requirements of art. 20 section 1 GDPR are therefore not fulfilled in this respect.

Right of objection in line with art. 21 section 1 GDPR

You have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data resulting from art. 6 section 1 lit. f of the GDPR on grounds of your particular situation. The controller then no longer processes the personal data unless he can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing is for the purpose of enforcing, pursuing or defending legal claims. The collection of the data for the provision of the website and the storage of the log files are essential for the operation of the website.
